Enter this Amazing Competition to Win Crafty Goodness!
Reginald and the CAE have just announced an amazing competition with prizes any crafty person would dream of! All you have to do is make a soft toy aka "softie" that resembles a person or pet, is an original artwork, and made in fabric or from yarn, and stitched, crocheted or knitted by hand or by machine, by you. The Reginald Major Prize will include:
- Brother NS55 Sewing Machine, valued at $699.
- A commissioned soft sculpture by Cat Rabbit.
- Included on Pip Lincolne’s Meet me at Mikes blog.
- Included on frankie magazine’s blog.
- A subscription to frankie magazine.
There will also be a people's prize, voted by the people. The top ten finalists will be on display in the CAE Info Shop, Degraves Street Melbourne. The competition judges are equally exciting, with Cat Rabbit (soft sculpture and textile artist), Pip Lincolne (crafter, author and blogger at Meet me at Mikes) and Lara Burke (Frankie) all judging for various prizes.
